This is Cory Brenner’s 2nd Reel Tech Custom. He went with a Rogue SS904 9′ 6-10 blank this time as he was looking for a good side drifting rod and all around steelhead spinning rod. He chose the quality REC Titanium guides again for the build. He liked the look and feel of the Fuji VSS Reel seat and wanted a split grip design for this rod. The red and silver aluminum winding checks compliment the red and silver thread wraps nicely. He requested a fancy diamond pattern in the split grip area as well to give the rod additional unique character.

Cory is already outlining what he wants for his 3rd Reel Tech Custom Steelhead Rod. The next one will be built on a St. Croix blank! Cant wait to custom build his next dream rod!!
